Ideal to spend your holidays, business or enjoy your favourite football team. Located in a strategic location just 20 min away on foot from Fira and 10 min from the Camp Nou. Its neighbourhood with shops and groceries is directly connected by underground to the city center (L1), the airport (L9), and to anywhere via local buses.

Casa Natura is fully equipped with all you need: clean sheets, towels, soap and shampoo sets, hair dryer, iron, air conditioning and heating, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, TV, high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi network, etc.

- Due to legal requirement all guests must fill in their National ID details and pay a government Tourist tax of €1,15 per person per night through an online form, before their arrival. The tourist tax applies to guests over 16 years of age, for a maximum of 7 nights. - Smoking inside the apartment as well as events, parties or any kind of loud music or noise are not allowed. - The cost of cleaning includes the general cleaning of the apartment and the change of sheets and towels. - The apartment must be left tidy, without any food or garbage remains. Failure to comply this rule may involve extra cleaning costs. - Check-ins from 10pm until midnight might have an extra charge of 35€, subject to availability.

We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that legal neighborhood noise levels are respected. - Best-in-class guidelines are followed: our systems do not record actual sounds or conversations, simply monitor the noise level measured in decibels, being 100% privacy compliant without any electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the property. - The cost of cleaning includes the general cleaning of the apartment and the change of sheets and towels. - The apartment must be left tidy, without any food or garbage remains. Failure to comply this rule may involve extra cleaning costs. - Travel crib is offered upon request and availability with a fee of 20€ per stay. - Checkin time starts at 6pm until midnight. We may offer free early check-in if we don't have a check-out on your day of arrival. Check-in from 10pm until midnight might have an extra charge of 35€. - Late checkout until 3pm may be possible if there isn't another checkin on the day of your departure, with a 35€ cost. - A deposit pre-authorisation up to 500€ needs to be covered in advance by credit card. This amount or any relevant amount won't be charged if the house is returned in the condition it was received. There will only be a charge in form of calculated compensation for any damages found after check-out

Popular local neighborhood with shops, markets and restaurants. A quiet residential area away from the noisier tourist areas, it is very convenient for both vacation stays and business trips with direct underground connection to the city center (L1), the Fira (L9S) and the beaches of the city. You can walk to the Camp Nou (Barcelona FC Stadium) and it is a 5-minute walk from the Tecla Sala center and the Arranz Bravo foundation, for art lovers.

El departamento es muy lindo, amplio y con todas las comodidades necesarias para 5 personas. Tiene muy buena seguridad y fácil acceso al ingreso del edificio y departamento. Se sitúa a poco más de 10 cuadras del Camp Nou. Volveríamos sin dudas!

a very nice place. near the "Torressa" metro station. the apartment is well kept with high quality facilities communication was very easy with the airbnb application we were a family of 4 with with our 12 and 10 Yo sons and had great experience

L9: direct connection with the Fira and Barcelona airport. 1 minute walk from the bus stop: LH1: to the Gran Via Shopping Center and the Fira Barcelona Gran Via. N2: to Plaza Catalunya (center of Barcelona). 5-minute walk from the D20 bus stop that goes to the beaches of Barcelona.
