About

Lovely apartment newly refurbished with living room, full equipped kitchen, 2 very quiet rooms with wardrobes, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds, bathroom with shower and terrace with side views of the sea and the port of Santa Pola.

Good to know

All the areas have split-like air conditioning and heating, plus ceiling fans in both rooms. Kitchen equipment includes dishwasher, fridge, filtered drinking water, oven, microwave, toaster and a Nespresso coffee maker. Wifi is available in all the space and there's a working desk for remote workers available in one of the rooms. Bed linen, towels and shower soap are provided for free. Extra cleaning can be delivered at a cost if you come for a long stay.

Failure to comply this rule may involve extra cleaning costs. - Travel crib is offered upon request and availability with a fee of 20€ per stay. - Checkin time starts at 6pm until midnight. We may offer free early check-in if we don't have a check-out on your day of arrival. Check-in from 10pm until midnight might have an extra charge of 35€. - Late checkout until 3pm may be possible if there isn't another checkin on the day of your departure, with a 45€ cost. - A deposit pre-authorisation up to 500€ needs to be covered in advance by credit card. This amount or any relevant amount won't be charged if the house is returned in the condition it was received. There will only be a charge in form of calculated compensation for any damages found after check-out. - We are committed to Rent Responsibly Standards to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Best-in-class guidelines are followed. - Our system does not record actual sounds or conversations, simply monitors the noise level measured in decibels, being 100% privacy compliant without any electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.

This apartment is fantastic! The location is perfect, with the beach, sports facilities, shops, bars, and restaurants just a 2-minute walk away. The owner is incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The open-plan living area is filled with natural light, and the bathroom is very comfortable. Check-in was super easy, and having filtered water available was a great bonus. Modern and cozy apartment in a beautiful setting – I would highly recommend staying here. The location is ideal for whatever you want to do!

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Natura! The apartment was modern, super clean, and centrally located, making it easy to explore the area. It was well-equipped, and it really felt like everything had been thought of, which was a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the host was incredibly friendly and attentive. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would happily return!
