- Due to legal requirement all guests must fill in their National ID details and pay a government Tourist tax of €2,15 per person per night through an online form, before their arrival. The tourist tax applies to guests over 16 years of age, for a maximum of 7 nights. - Smoking inside the apartment as well as events, parties or any kind of loud music or noise are not allowed. - The cost of cleaning includes the general cleaning of the apartment and the change of sheets and towels. - The apartment must be left tidy, without any food or garbage remains. Failure to comply this rule may involve extra cleaning costs. - Check-ins from 10pm until midnight might have an extra charge of 35€, subject to availability.

Failure to comply this rule may involve extra cleaning costs. - Travel crib is offered upon request and availability with a fee of 20€ per stay. - Checkin time starts at 6pm until midnight. We may offer free early check-in if we don't have a check-out on your day of arrival. Check-in from 10pm until midnight might have an extra charge of 45€. - Late checkout until 3pm may be possible if there isn't another checkin on the day of your departure, with a 45€ cost. - A deposit pre-authorisation up to 500€ needs to be covered in advance by credit card. This amount or any relevant amount won't be charged if the house is returned in the condition it was received. There will only be a charge in form of calculated compensation for any damages found after check-out. - A minimum age of 25 years old is required to check in. - We are committed to Rent Responsibly Standards to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay at Casa Natura. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that legal neighborhood noise levels are respected. - Best-in-class guidelines are followed: our systems do not record actual sounds or conversations, simply monitor the noise level measured in decibels, being 100% privacy compliant without any electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the property.

Neighborhood

Gava Mar is a quiet residential area located very close to the beach, just a 5-minute walk away. This beautiful beach area stands out for being the closest to Barcelona and the airport, allowing travellers to enjoy both Barcelona tourism and relaxing days on the beach. Its promenade runs along the entire coast of Gavà and Castelldefels, ideal for cycling, running and discovering new restaurants and beach bars located on the sand. It is advisable to have a car to get around, although the bus stop just 3-4 minutes away on foot will also take you anywhere.

The apartment was super comfortable in a very quiet and peaceful area .We enjoyed every minute of our stay there . I am not gonna say much about the house ,because it is exactly what the photos show and even better . One thing that needs to be mentioned is the way the hosts treat their guests. Perfect location to explore Barcelona and have beach time too. Regular bus service to city centre in about 50 mins. Lovely apartment, just like the photos. Well stocked with consumables like coffee pods, toilet rolls etc. spacious bedrooms and comfy beds. Added benefit of inbuilt BBQ on balcony. Planes do fly nearby but didn’t bother us. So grateful for flexibility of host for early check in and late check out due to our flight times. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Find us

Very well communicated area with road access next to the apartment, to comfortably reach Barcelona and the airport. There are also bus stops 300m away to get to Barcelona in around 45 minutes. Airport Terminal 1 is only 7 minutes away by taxi, with a cost of around 25€.
