Casa Natura is fully equipped with all you need: soap, iron, air conditioning and heating, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, TV, high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi network, etc. Paid parking space nearby can also be provided.

Other Details to Note

- To comply with local laws a mid-term holiday rental needs to get signed and a deposit of 1200€ needs to be covered by bank transfer before the day of arrival. This amount will be refunded one month after check-out if the space is returned in the same condition it was received and there's no excess of electricity, gas and water consumption of 150€ per month. There will only be a charge in form of calculated compensation for any damages or consumption excess found after check-out. - Due to legal requirements all guests need to share, before their arrival, the Personal ID information from everyone staying. - Smoking inside the space as well as events, parties or any kind of loud music or noise are not allowed. - We are committed to Rent Responsibly Standards to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay at Casa Natura. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that legal neighborhood noise levels are respected. - Best-in-class guidelines are followed: our systems do not record actual sounds or conversations, simply monitor the noise level measured in decibels, being 100% privacy compliant without any electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the property. - The cost of cleaning includes the general cleaning of the space. - The space must be left tidy, without any food or garbage remains. Failure to comply this rule may involve extra cleaning costs. - Checkin time starts at 6pm until 10pm. We may offer free early check-in if we don't have a check-out on your day of arrival. Check-in from 10pm until midnight might have an extra charge of 60€. - Late checkout until 3pm may be possible if there isn't another checkin on the day of your departure, with a 45€ cost.
