Casa Natura is fully equipped with all you need: clean sheets, towels, soap and shampoo sets, hair dryer, iron, air conditioning and heating, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, TV, high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi network, etc.

Other Details to Note

- Due to legal requirement all guests must show their National ID or Passport details before their arrival. - Smoking inside the apartment as well as events, parties or any kind of loud music or noise are not allowed. - A reasonable energy consumption up to 150€ per month is included (Electricity, Water and Internet). Any excess would be charged as an extra. - The cost of cleaning includes the final cleaning of the apartment after check-out, including sheets and towels laundry. - The apartment must be left tidy, without any food or garbage remains. Failure to comply this rule may involve extra cleaning costs. - Check-ins from 10pm might have an extra charge of 45€, subject to availability. - As a mid-term stay, a deposit of 1200€ needs to be covered on the day of arrival and contract signature. This amount will be refunded if the property is returned in the same condition as when it was received. The final cleaning of your stay is already included in your reservation, so there would only be a charge in the form of calculated compensation if any damage is found after your check-out.

- Por requerimiento legal todos los huéspedes deberán compartir, antes de su llegada, la información de su documento de identidad. - No está permitido fumar en el interior del apartamento, así como la organización de eventos o fiestas ni ningún tipo de ruido elevado. - Estamos comprometidos con los estándares de alquiler responsable para garantizar que tengáis una estancia tranquila y segura en Casa Natura, por ello utilizamos un sistema de monitorización de ruido para garantizar que se respeten legalmente los niveles de ruido del vecindario. - Nuestros sistemas no graban sonidos ni conversaciones reales, solo monitorizan el nivel de ruido, medido en decibelios y respetando la privacidad de los huéspedes sin ningún tipo de videovigilancia en el interior de la propiedad. - El coste de limpieza incluye la limpieza general del apartamento y el cambio de sábanas y almohadas. - El apartamento se debe dejar ordenado y sin restos de comida o basura. El incumplimiento de esta norma puede incurrir en gastos extra de limpieza. - La cuna de viaje se ofrece bajo petición y disponibilidad con una tarifa de 20€ por estancia. - El horario de entrada va de las 6pm hasta las 11pm. Podemos ofrecer entrada temprana gratuita en caso de no tener salida de huéspedes el mismo día. Las entradas desde las 10pm podrían tener un coste extra de 45€. - La salida tardía hasta las 3pm es posible en caso de no tener otra entrada el mismo día, con un coste de 45€. - Al tratarse de estancias de media duración debe cubrirse fianza de 1200€, a la firma del contrato el día de llegada. Este importe será devuelto si la casa se devuelve en el mismo estado en el que se recibió. Sólo habría un cargo en forma de compensación calculada si se encontrara algún desperfecto tras la salida.
